Management


Bill Anderson

Bill co-founded Art Guard in 2006 and has been instrumental in product and market development and sales since the company’s inception. He is a co-developer of the Art Guard MAP technology. Bill is a veteran entrepreneur with years of experience starting and running his own companies in technology, including solar energy and co-generation. He was also involved in media management as the publisher of The Atlantic Monthly and Saturday Review and started a CMG, a media consulting firm to advise publishers on print/web integration.

Scott Richter

Scott is the seconf co-founder to Art Guard with Bill Anderson, his formal training is in industrial design. He worked for IBM for eight years in that capacity. Scott invented, designed and patented the original Art Guard SA and joined with Bill Anderson to start the company. His ingenuity and inventiveness eventually led AG to join with Elk Security in the development and patent of the current MAP unit

Robert Tam

Robert is a Managing Director of Arque Advisors and Principal and CEO of Arque Certificate Mgt. He has been actively involved in international finance, asset-backed securitizations, structured financings and real estate for over twenty years. Robert began his career as a Systems Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Company designing weapon and radar systems. He holds an MBA in Finance from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a BS from Univ. of California in Applied Mechanics and Engineering Sciences.

David Allon

David Allon the original investor in Art Guard and continues to consult to the Company on business matters. Since 2000 he has been the Sr. VP and Dir. of Marketing Development for Braddock Financial. He came to Braddock after selling a successful computer-remarketing firm he had founded and operated for more than ten years. Previously he served as a consultant to Sun Microsystems, assisting the company with its yearlong internal migration from minicomputers to mainframes. He joined the law firm of Fenwick and West in Palo Alto, California as an associate in 1984. He was an associate editor at Inc. Magazine in Boston from 1979 to 1981.
